Members of the Antelope Valley Lions Club provide for the following giving programs through their fund raising efforts. When possible, personal involvement is also given. We give to:
- Paying for eye exams and glasses for needy children and adults.
- Supporting adult day care for those with Alzheimer's.
- Supporting high school students.
- Supporting the training of canine companions.
- Sponsoring hearing tests and hearing aids.
- Sponsoring specialized eye testing and surgery.
- Supporting homeless through food programs.
- Supporting drug rehabilitation.
- Sponsoring needy children to summer camp.

Members of the Antelope Valley Lions Club give their time and effort on the following:
- Providing eye examinations and eye glasses.
- Providing hearing testing and hearing aids.
- Sponsors local elementary students into the International Peace Poster Contest.
- Conducts a Club contest and sponsors the winner into the 4C4 Students Speaker Contest. See photos of the contest
- Collects used eye glasses that are tested and redistributed to the needy.
